Joseph Alan Fears / About Born In 1957 In hastings, Nebraska,Began Playing Multi- Instrumets At Age 4,Moved To Kansas At Age 11 & Joined A Band Performing From 1971 -Current In 1985 recored & produced First Single& Joseph Alan Fears(Little Joe) Has Been Writing Singing & performing Since 1969,Learning From A Close Family Friend To Play The “Guitar, Then Next Bass Guitar, Then After Drums & Keyboards By Age 12, In 1970-74 Joseph performed With A Band Called” Kool-Sat & The Second Breeze” Witch Include 3- Other Young Artist-Mythias Lee Wright-Guitar/Vocals,Albert Whitaker-Drums/Vocals,Mucheal jackson-Keyboards(Joseph Played Bass Guitar & Sang).The Group Perform from Kansas Area To Mississippi, In Jukejoints,& Small Nightclubs.By Age 16 Joseph Has Joined Another Band”Forty Bonilla & The Emeralds”And Performed From 1975- 1993 The Band Performed In Kansas Area Nighclubs & Played Classic R&B,.In 1994 Joseph Joined Another Band called”Brute Force” Witch Was A-3 Peice Funk/Rock Band & performed All Over The Midwest USA Under The Management of Vanziland talent Agency. In 1996 Joseph & His Old Band mates Started The “Zafaja Band” Witch Perform Originals Written & Releaed On Jaff Records & Some Covers, In Kansas Nightclubs & Concerts & Music festivals, mainly Due To Joseph's Recordings, In 2001 Joseph Launched His Musical Talents As A Bassist In The Likes of Main Bl;ues Artist Like Bigtime Sara,Zora Young,Jimmy D Lane,John Primer, The Kinzie Report, Sugar Blue,And Others From The Chicago Blues Scene While Atending A Visit Down On South Halstead Where All of The Chicago Blues & Jazz Nightclubs Have Open Jams & Great Blues Performances Are Live everynight of the week.from Kingston's Mines To Buddy Guys” Joseph Alan Fears Was There. My House Concert Story
I was In Concert Performing In Oakdale park On There Eric Stien Outdoor Stage With The ZAFAJA Band In 1996 and again In 2009 The Music We Performed was From My RETROPERSPECTIVES Album released In 2009 & A Few R&B Cover songs By request. The Crowd Loved us. I have Personally Performed In Chicago At B.L.U.E.S . And ROSAS , And Yes I have Been To buddy Guys Legends, Kingston Mines, And Other Blues Nightclubs, Throughout The Past 50 Plus Years I have Been Performing In Everything From The "Chitlin Curcut" To The Major Concert Venues In The Midwest. But My Favotite Was When I In My Home town Of Hastings Nebraska At There Music Hall For The Black heritage Event. Held In Febuary of every Year, It Was A Blast Being Back Home. Jammin With My Hommies Smokey B & Others Was A Great Home Comming Event. Althought I have Been performing All Across The USA And Will Continue To Do Nightclubs & Music festivals .. In Kansas? I Think The Smokyhill River festival is The Most Current Event That I have Performed In in 2010. I Would Love To Be able To Go Back There This Year In June Of 2019 and Do It Again....
