My Jazz Story
As Vice President, I am proud to represent The Sunshine Jazz Organization, South Florida's oldest, non-profit Jazz
Service entity. The "SJO" has a
rich history, starting with its inception in 1986, in Miami-Dade County. Founded by Jazz radio icon Charles "China"
Valles, along with an amazing
group of Jazz aficionados, musicians, educators and community leaders, we are now in our 35th Season and looking
forward to a busy and exciting
future.
