I love jazz because...it's America's history untold in our textbooks, and instead told in a new language we all have a stake in I was first exposed to jazz...by my piano teacher The best show I ever attended was...Dave Holland solo bass the the opening weeks of the SFJAZZ Center in San Francisco. My advice to new listeners...clap when you feel like clapping. If you feel it, show it. Don't worry about being judged.
