My Jazz Story
I was first exposed to jazz... in my home
with my Dad who was a jazz drummer
I met ...Buddy Rich, Count Basie, Mark
Eisenman, Terry Clark. Alexander Zonjic
The best show I ever attended
was...Buddy Rich ( he gave me his sticks)
I have learned to enjoy many forms from
Hard Bop to Fusion. Currently enjoying
the Yellow Jackets and Heavy Hitters.
The first jazz record I bought was...Kind of
Blue
My advice to new listeners...is really listen
