I love jazz because it is the most useful tool in expressing ones true self. I was first exposed to jazz by my brother. The first jazz record I bought was when i was 14, the album was from one of my heroes Kirk Whalum 'Gospel Meet Jazz' Chapter one. My advice to new listeners open your mind to new musical possibilities, it might sound complex at first but by the second time you listen to the record you will fall in love with it. finally I will love to end with the words of Richard Bona "Where ever you find yourself embrace the difference"
