About Me
I am author of four books and of a two-part history of jazz in Sweden published by Jazz Journal International in 2003. I've been interested in jazz since I was a teenager, though I play some guitar and have written a few songs in other, simpler musical idioms. I was for 11 years a freelance foreign correspondent in Stockholm, Sweden, working, most notably for the London dailies, the Times and the Observer, before moving to France at the start of the 1990s.
