I love jazz because... Just because..
I was first exposed to jazz, while i was
taking drum lessons (Bateri
dersi) in Istanbul
I met Trilok Gurtu...
The best show I ever attended was;
Legendary Elvin Jones İn Turkey
The first jazz record I bought was Gene
Krupa and Buddy Rich double cd
My advice to new listeners start with pop-
jazz, it will take you where
you will arrive.
If you want to learn jazz, start listening to it
first. It will tell you
how to play it..
