My Jazz Story

My advice to new listeners... is to remain open-minded, pretty well about everything; but especially Jazz. It's likely the only music genre that has many sub-genres but is represented by a single term "jazz." Like all art-forms, jazz is organic and fluid - just like the humans who create it. My take on JAZZ is a musical expression of the NOW, which should still allow folks to shake their bunty, but should also reflect the world around us, along with the issues that concern each and every one of us. Jazz is like the rest of life... it's a journey!
