The best show I ever attended was SO MANY SHOWS faggetaboutit! Especially at the old Keystone Korner in N beach SF, where I saw....again, faggetaboutit! Miles Davis, Dexter Gordon, Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock w the Headhunters, Elvin Jones, Archie Schepp, Jams w Terry Bozzio, on and on and on, from 1969 til it closed. I got a coaching with Max Roach there.... so sad there's not a place like that anymore.... And not to mentio n the old Fillmore and Avalon, where I saw the Who, Chuck Berry, Traffic, the Doors, Quicksilver, the Dead, the Airplane, Canned Heat, my fingers can't catch up...and I got to get to a gig, but man ENDLESS memories.....
