My Jazz Story
I love jazz because it is the highest form of expression of intelligence and spirit.
I was first exposed to jazz when I was a child. My mom played jazz in the house. I met Horace Silver at the Blue Note (Sadly, he died on that same day 20 years later).
The best show I ever attended was Horace Silver of course.
The first jazz record I bought was by Sarah Vaughan.
