Alain Drouot is a current contributor to Downbeat and www.citizenjazz.com as well as a radio host on WNUR-FM (Northwestern University). He has contributed to various other publications, including Cadence, Clavier, Signal To Noise, Jazz Magazine, and All Music Guide. He is a former board member of the Jazz Institute of Chicago (2004-2014).
