Al Scott Trio His current trio 'Al Scott Trio' have been playing together for just over 2 years after meeting on various London sessions and sculpted their sound playing the London circuit. The Trio features, NICK PINI, Double Bass & MARCO QUARANTOTTO at the Drums. They released their first recording together in November 2011 entitled 'Introducing the Al Scott Trio' Their individual influences are wide & varied and they have all played in various musical settings, which is evident in their music, although the most significant players include; Bill Evans, Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Charles Mingus & Tomasz Stanko.
