Haitian band TABOU COMBO will perform in Atlanta on Sunday, May 27 from 11AM until 3AM at the Atlanta Airport Westin Hotel.
Having been together for almost 40 years, Tabou Combo is something of an institution in their homeland & throughout the French & Creole speaking world. They have had #1 hits in France, Panama, Holland & all throughout the Caribbean.
The band's horn section includes trumpeters Ken Watters & James Zollar & trombonist Andre Atkins.
This will be Tabou's first performance in the Atlanta area for 7 years.
The band's summer schedule includes tours to Belgium, Italy, France, Congo, Haiti, Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guyana, Montreal & Los Angeles (not to mention several concerts in the hometown of NYC, including Central Park's Summerstage concert series).
