The UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music, Department of Ethnomusicology and the Hammer Museum jointly present A Spring Festival of World Music and Jazz. This lively series of international rhythms, sound, and dance is performed by UCLA students and faculty.

The festival is an afternoon event in Lavinia Campbell Park and the Grange Hall in Los Olivos. Twenty local wineries will sample their current wines, thirty amateur chefs will present tastings of their creations, each one containing olives or olive oil and ten local olive or olive oil producers will be sampling and selling their wares.
The 2010 jazz band will consist of well-known jazz musicians:
