McCartney Dedicates "Michelle" to First Lady

Paul McCartney dedicated a very fitting song to Michelle Obama during his Washington, D.C. concert on Saturday night. The former Beatle sang “Michelle" in honor of the first lady.

However, the real-life Michelle was not in attendance at Pauls FedExField show, having left for vacation at Camp David hours earlier. Last November, McCartney told reporters at the MTV Europe Music Awards that he would love to perform for President Obama and his wife.

“I hope to get the opportunity to sing to his wife," McCartney said of Michelle Obama. “I have a little song ready for him."
