Connecticut 's Own Winter Olympic Games 2010 Figure Skating Hopeful Elizabeth Mae Stern Benefit Concert and Dinner

Benefit Jazz Concert Proudly Presented by the friends of Elizabeth Mae Stern, 2010 Winter Olympic Games Figure Skater hopeful, in Cooperation with NaFFAA Region 1, will feature Marcel & Beyond the Sun, with guest vocalist Lana Peck.

On May 16th, 2009 Marcel Blanchet, drummer and leader of the Jazz quartet Beyond the Sun will be performing off their new CD, “Black Coffee", to help with the efforts to realize this young figure skater's dream.

A champion in the North Atlantic Regional Championships, and the Eastern Synchronized Team Skating Championships. Elizabeth has also dedicated herself and uses her celebrity status to help raise funds and awareness to others needing homes and food. She has teamed up with the Hearts and Hope organization a non-profit group this concert will help build housing.

The concert will be held at the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center on Saturday, May 16th, 6:00 pm. 90 Harding Rd, Old Greenwich, CT 06870 Limited seating available for the evening concert, and each ticket includes dinner and show. International cuisine will be prepared by some of Connecticut's finest chefs.

The Concert is to benefit Elizabeth Mae Stern, Champion Figure Skater who lives in Stamford, as she prepares for the Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver 2010.
