Following the film, which was released in 2008, there will be a discussion and Q&A led by AAJ contributing editor Vic Schermer and featuring panelists Martino, director Ian Knox, and neuropsychologist Paul Broks. Dr. Frederick Simeone, Martino's neurosurgeon, who is in the movie, may participate as well, depending on his availability.
All are welcome, and please tell your friends. The film raises many questions in the viewers mind, and this will be a rare opportunity to hear what the key participants have to say about it. The museum itself features Himalayan art and other fine works, so you may want to come early to spend time at the exhibits. In addition, the Chelsea neighborhood features some of the best restaurants in the city, so you can make a great evening of it as well.
