For those of you who couldn't believe it, yes, Mose Allison really appeared at a special event at Roller's @ Flying Fish in 2007 and has agreed to return this year. As a special courtesy to early purchasers, you now have the opportunity to purchase tickets in the front two rows.
You'll receive a commemorative ticket, a glass of champagne and a wonderful experience hearing Mose in concert with two of Philadelphia's finest jazz players, Dylan Taylor and Jim Dragoni.

Chef/owner Paul Roller's original venture, simply called Roller's, and formerly tucked in a tiny shopping plaza behind a giant bookstore in Chestnut Hill, is now reveling in its new front and center location at 8142 Germantown Avenue. The building housed Roller's Flying Fish restaurant from 1985-2002, and now the pig shares the logo with the fish!
Think neighborhood-comfortable and vibrant scrumptious food. The menu continues to make bountiful use of fresh vegetables and fruits to complement the sparkling seafood and meat dishes. The in-house bakery specializes in pies and there is a small, carefully-edited wine list.
