24/7. We're revolting.

TaintRadio.org, an international alliance of independent producers, has launched a 24/7 music stream of hosted and unhosted music.

Programming originates from New York, Philadelphia, London, Cambridge (MA), Augusta (GA), San Jose, and Raleigh-Durham. Content is weighted toward jazz and blues but each program producer is free to present whatever they want to present. Our motto is “We Don't Need No Stinking Formats." Our founding principle is that musicians must be paid for the music we present; we have no interest in pirating music.

We are volunteers whose first commitment is to paying the music licensing and performance rights obligations we incur in presenting the music. Anyone with a high-speed connection can listen at any time without cost, as we operate on a voluntary listener-support basis.

Current TaintRadio.org program hosts include J. Michael Harrison (WRTI/Philadelphia), Barry Everitt (House of Mercy/London), Rafi Zabor (jazz drummer & author of the “The Bear Comes Home"), Ken Field (Innova Records recording artist), former KUVO/Denver program host and jazz promoter Mitchell Feldman, KSJS/San Jose music director Dr. Brad Stone, Brian Cullman (Sunnyside Records recording artist, former Shanachie Records producer), John Bouille (formerly at WWOZ/New Orleans and WSHA/Raleigh, former WVSP/Warrenton (NC) music director Jereann King, and taintradio co-founders Dave Tilley (WXDU/Durham) & Bob Rogers (formerly at KPRI/San Diego, KNIX-KDKB/Phoenix, KPFT/Houston, WWOZ/New Orleans & WSHA/Raleigh).
