Last week's one-click contest entry feature was a success. We also discovered over 1,000 failed login attempts (doh!), which means some wanted to enter, but couldn't. Let's see if we can help.

Tips

If possible, never sign out. I don't. If you reset your password, check your spam folder for our message.

Some browsers save your password so click the eye button to ensure it's the right one.

Also, consider a tool like LastPass, a freemium password manager that stores encrypted passwords online. I've used it for years.
