San Diego Street Scene returns for its 25th year. This time around organizers have made the intelligent decision to hold the festival in downtown San Diego (as opposed to the pavement parking lot of the Chargers' stadium) on August 28 and 29. With a diverse lineup that includes Thievery Corporation, M.I.A., No Age, Mastodon, Modest Mouse, The Dead Weather, Band of Horses, Girl Talk and Wavves - fresh off a European tour-ending show meltdown - locals should have a blast listening to music and partying in the streets of downtown San Diego.
