Paulette Dozier is Blazing the Theater Trail Wide Open

Vocalist Paulette Dozier is not only the star of the upcoming play Respect, a Musical Journey of Women, but she also has just released her debut release With You. Dozier has been garnering praise endlessly from jazz critics across the U.S. and internationally. Her sultry and seductive alto voice flawlessly glides across such classics as; “Only You," “Fever," “Nature Boy," “Just in Time," “Alfie," “I'm In Love," and “Walk on By." With You also introduces Dozier as an accomplished songwriter with originals adorning the release like beautiful gems.

Bette Kozar, of the Parkland Gazette explains, “It would be hard to imagine more pulsating pipes than those possessed by Paulette Dozier." Join Dozier and cast for a night of classic Jazz Standards, Broadway tunes and a bit of Soul all with updated arrangements as Dozier give you a taste of her explosive and entertaining talents. Phil Hinton was, for many years, a pianist, arranger and conductor for the BBC in London, UK. He has also arranged and conducted more than 250 albums for artists such as Anthony Newley, Shirley Bassey, Howard Keel, Elton John, Vince Hill, Andrew Lloyd-Webber and Paul McCartney to name just a few. He was Shirley Bassey's personal music director for three years and Vince Hill's for nine years. Since permanently relocating to the USA in 1994, he has directed countless theatre shows all over the USA as well as having toured with Aretha Franklin and Jim Baily. Phil was also conductor of the Florida Pops Concert orchestra for three years.
