On September 9th 2007, hundreds will flock to Ocean Beach for the third straight year. While San Diego is known more for its weather than its culture, The Jazz 88 Ocean Beach Jazz Festival is strong evidence that San Diego is a town with eclectic cultural tastes who appreciate a broad spectrum of musical styles.
