Jazz Composer Stuart H. Tresser and Tresser Printing Office to publish special tune in memory of Hank Edmonds

Stuart H. Tresser, jazz pianist and composer/arranger in conjunction with Dr. Gerald W. Deas and the Tresser Printing Office is planning on reviving a tune written and played by jazz pianist Henry H. Edmonds. This composition will be published in memory of the great jazz pianist and educator Henry H. Edmonds who passed in 1992. Lyrics were written by Dr. Gerald W. Deas, and the music by Henry H. Edmonds and special piano arrangement by Stuart H. Tresser. Publication and release is expected to take place sometime in late March 2004 or the beginning of April 2004. Artist copies will be available free on the “Jazzbone Records" website: http://www.jazzbonerecords.com If you wish a hard copy you may then purchase it from the Tresser Printing Office., 90 East 46th Street.,Brooklyn, New York 11203-1815 for $2.00 per copy. Online it is free if you print it out yourself! Hank Edmonds was an educator, teacher, and also note that the Hank Johnson Trio recorded this tune on their CD entitled “The Hank Johnson Trio" in their 1998 release on the “Jazzbone" label. This rock/gospel tune is a wonderful addition to anyone's collection of music.
