Album Description
Once Bitten is a four- movement conceptual piece of music built upon the idea of artists being “bitten” by music. That is to say, once bitten, there is no return: we need to obey art’s call to serve and to embrace our identity as artists - even if that is a struggle. Once Bitten is a call to unify the community of artists, joining interdisciplinary arts with the kinetic silver mobile displayed in the artwork and the contemporary jazz-based piece of music, all written, arranged and produced by Ferran Rico. Once Bitten refers to the fuel that powers artists to keep creating and to keep devoting their lives to art with passion, love and respect.
