Album Description

This album expresses the experiences I had during my cross-America trip in 2021. I was deeply moved by the vast landscapes of the South seen from Texas. I had the opportunity to speak with Native American people, and what I heard there was truly a mixture of America's light and darkness. It was a precious encounter. The landscapes I saw in Utah were an elegant and grand representation of America's history, created over many years. The title "Midpoint Cafe" symbolizes the neutral part of this journey at Route 66's midpoint.
