Album Description
The studio recording of my collection of 4 LIVE albums. For this project we went into the Schwarzenbach Studios of St Gallen in lovely scenic Switzerland. Offbeat Trio and I had been touring and performing in and around Switzerland, Germany and Austria for 4-5 years. We even got invited to Dubai for a private Jazz function for the Malaysian Prime Minister and several Jazz Festivals in our season in Switzerland. A lively album of swinging jazz classics to mellow 'Island In The Sun' from the island of Jamaica! moody Blues of 'Everyday I have The Blues' to Seal's iconic ballad 'Love's Devine' A well crafted work. One in which I am very proud of. It earned the 2011 Swiss Jazz Award as well as the 53rd Grammy Awards nomination in two categories - of Best Vocal Jazz Album and Best New Comer.
