Appellation: Santa Barbara County
pH: 3.43
Total Acidity: 0.69
Alcohol Content: 14.4%

Winemaker's Notes: This Cabernet is deep ruby in color with high viscosity and brilliant clarity. Aromas of blackberry, leather, and oak dominate leading to a palate of dried fruits, spice and vanilla. Tannins are smooth and the finish is clean.

Cosentino Winery
"The Novelist" Meritage White

Appellation: California

Winemaker's Notes: 75% barrel fermented and aged for seven months on the lees in French oak barrels custom designed for Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Floral notes, lemon peel, lime and honeydew melon in the nose. Rich, creamy and full yet balanced with layers of citrus in the mouth. A long, rich finish ripe with pear.
