Lindeborg/Johansson Duo: Thoughtful World
La lunga collaborazione fra la pianista Susanna Lindeborg ed il sassofonista tenore Ove Johansson continua, confermando la loro padronanza del linguaggio jazzistico. Su questo Thoughtful World i due, invece di farsi accompagnare da una sezione ritmica, preferiscono i computer portatili.

Il risultato è molto appariscente ma non incontrerà il favore di tutti ma la passione dei due musicisti scandinavi per il jazz più contemporaneo fa sì che l'ascolto non resti un'esperienza superficiale.

I titoli sono un accenno a quello che il computer tira fuori dai suoi chip dimostrando come la libera improvvisazione possa trovare un modo di convivere con le elettroniche: un approccio ormai maturo che ha il pregio di un'estetica piuttosto personale.
