After writing music scores for short movies and theatre plays, Garcia recorded the album, "GIRAL" (never
released), composed with his friend, the drummer Andre Togni. It stood out as a standard for the
technique, creativity, and experimentations employed in his later works, it would be the cornerstone of
what he would become as a composer.
His album "Symbiosis" is a good example of it. It was recorded in "one take mode", where Garcia seeks
the maximum of spontaneity, which he believes to be "where the beauty lives".
On “Aviv” he went even further, recording 'live" during a concert at CTJ Hall in Brazil.
Both albums were produced by Glen Kolotikin, the Grammy-awarded producer who also has over 20
gold and platinum albums to his credit (record engineer for Glenn Gould, Miles Davis, Barbra Streisand

Invited by the Japanese label Impairment inc, to appear in two compilation albums: Bar Buenos Aires
(2015) and, Beau Paysage Chardonnay (2016), which features other renowned artists such as Eddie
Gomez (Bill Evans Trio) and Cesarius Alvim.
