Peter Nilsson has established himself as one of the most in- demand drummers in Sweden. His varied and organic playing can be heard in many constellations, including Plunge, The Opposite, Loïc Dequidt Trio/Quartet, Cennet Jönsson Quartet, lim, Anders Nilsson’s AORTA, Footloose, Ola Hedén Trio and 15,5 as well as in duos with Herman Müntzing, David Carlsson, Henrik Frisk and Cennet Jönsson and in a couple of other projects. He has also worked with Paul Bley, Miroslav Vitous, David Liebman, Bobo Stenson, Marc Ducret, Tony Malaby, Marilyn Mazur, Palle Danielsson, Perry Robinson, Michael Formanek, Mark Helias, Lotte Anker, Eugene Chadbourne, Raoul Björkenheim, Lennart Åberg, Joakim Milder, Sten Sandell and Tolvan Big Band among many others. Peter has toured extensively in Europe, as well as in Argentina, Azerbajdzjan, Mexico and the USA.
