About Me

Hodari Abdul-Ali is the producer/host of "Freedom Sounds with Brother Hodari" heard each Wednesday morning from 5-8am on WPFW, 89.3 FM in Washington, DC. The show airs live on playlist is posted each week. "Freedom Sounds"is an audio magazine that features music with a message,interviews,news and information. Brother Hodari is a graduate of Howard University's School of Communications where he helped to found campus radio station WHBC and worked at WHUR. He has been a programmer for over 14 years at WPFW since 1981.
