My Jazz Story

I love jazz because... It's (IMHO) the most envelope-pushing music in existence - there is no creative "ceiling." I was first exposed to jazz... In 7th grade... The best show I ever attended was... Astral Project - Live at Funky Butt (New Orleans) The first jazz record I bought was... Louis Bellson Explosion My advice to new listeners... Keep an open mind & try to listen to the music as if it's the soundtrack for your life.
