Jim is a songwriter, bassist and vocalist.

About Me

Jim Tussing has been playing bass, piano, guitar & singing most of his life. He has produced two albums of original music; Prime (2002) and eZen v3.5 (2003), and performed live in all kinds of situations from churches to weddings to festivals to bars and concert venues and arenas, in musical styles ranging including jazz, fusion, rock and reggae.

Jim's musical influences include the Beatles, King's X, Sting, John Patitucci, Jaco, Bunny Brunnel, Nicolo Paganini, Papa Grows Funk, Dug Pinnick to name a few. An expansive musical framework admitting vocal and playing styles that usually find their homes far apart from each other.

Jim plays with the fusion/jazz group Decendre (Adam Smith, Randy Mather, Justin Campbell and Jim Tussing), the power-trio jam-band L.A. Po Po and also Fresh Buzz Uppercut.
