Greg Pagel

Greg Pagel is a keybordist and composer from Wisconsin.

About Me

Greg Pagel grew up in small-town Wisconsin and began composing at age 9. He attended the Lawrence University Conservatory of Music in Appleton, WI, and New England Conservatory in Boston MA.

Greg has perormed with many notable musicians in cluding Benny Golson, Luciana Souza, Bob Moses, Cecil McBee, Jor Maneri, Kenny Wheeler and Bobby Vinton.

Greg's 2005 CD, “Plastic Machine Music,” is a blend of funk, jazz, hip-hop and avat-garde. It recieved a 5-star review from CD Baby.

Greg currently plays keyboards with the jazz-fusion band OPEN INTEREST. He also plays accordion with his brother, guitarist Andy Pagel, in the duo PICK AND SQUEEZE.
