Sounds crazy? Maybe I am! I call my music "Asylum for Tired Minds." Does that give you a clue? My music's mostly instrumental: Smooth-Jazz, Jazz-Fusion, Pop- Classical, Adult Contemporary. Until my debut album release [hopefully October 2009], I'll be posting demo tracks of new tunes for streaming/download here and purchase on my Music page. Why try starting a music career now? First, there's hi-speed Internet--it's the first time I can reach potential fans directly--no middlemen! Also, I need a creative outlet to help de-stress from my hectic day job. Finally, I just gotta get the music out the door before I kick the bucket, ya know!! Curious for more? See my complete bio at's Biography page. My Jazz Story

I was first introduced to Jazz by my college roommate, way back in the late 1970s. He said my piano pieces sounded like Keith Jarrett. I've outgrown my early infatuation with technical improvisation, and my current "sweet-spot" lies between r&b, funk, and jazz; some call it Smooth, some call it Fusion. It's probably a little of both right now. My current favorite keyboardist is Jeff Lorber. All-time, my favorite composer is Bob James, but I'm liking Lorber's tunes more and more...
