Deborah Dicembre has just released a 7 song Jazz EP named MANHATTAN LOVE BISTRO.

Below Deborah writes:-

I come from a musical family, my parents and grandparents were professional musicians. Mostly jazz and gospel. So I had a good start there. I've been singing , writing and performing all my life. You can find a full bio about all that stuff on my website. (link on the left) Thru' out the late 80's early 90's I was a regular on the Sydney jazz scene , put together and accapella quartet named , 'Full Body Message' , and won the Australian Jazz Singers award. Around that time I also did some great recordings that I'm really proud of, both of my original music and with guys like Carl Orr and Mark Isaacs on their original music.

Then I headed for New York. Stayed there for 3 years, giging, writing, recording. Met some great people, learnt alot, and won another award, this time for writing ( Unisong International Songwriters). I got back to Australia and set up a studio so I could write and record some more. I put a band together so I could get that music out and live. Oh yeah, produced a few CD's in there as well. One gospel and one, singer/songwriter..blues/rock/country.

In 2004 I returned to my love of jazz, formed the Manhattan Love Bistro (Dale Barlow,Sean Wayland, Jonanthon Swartz, Gordon Ritmeister) did some gigs, made a CD and headed for NYC.

In recent times, I've had the opportunity to travel to Europe, and the USA join the fabulous 'Kinderjazz' ( just finished a CD with them now released - The One For Me). I've also completed a recording in Sydney with guitar virtuoso Randall Waller, named , The Rider On The White Horse' and is available on iTunes. I've moved myself and my son and daughter, to the rugged tranquility of the South Coast, NSW.
