My Jazz Story

I have always had a love for music, ever since I was 7 and started taking piano lessons. I was more into rock and alternative music at that point. I started playing trombone when I was 10, then picked up the electric bass at age 12. It was around this time when I started getting into Thelonius Monk. That opened up the door for me. Jazz is the most expressive music, whether its bebop, cool, latin, afro-cuban, fusion, etc... Jazz is my favorite music to play, discuss, and listen to.
