Marshall Taylor

Full-time student, writer, editor, musician, and all-around awesome dude.

About Me

For those who are just burning to know me (or have a few minutes to kill), I am currently a full-time student at Middle Tennessee State University, where I am majoring in recording industry studies with a minor in music and writing. I'll be attending graduate school in '12 for communications, focusing my research on media studies, visual culture, and the marketing and monetization of popular culture. I am also a marketing associate and referee for the Journal of Undergraduate Research and Scholarly Excellence, and a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, the Association of Recording Management Students, and the Recording Academy. I have been involved with the jazz scene at MTSU as well, where I studied drum set with Tommy Giampietro. Want to jam? Let's do it. I wish I had more to add to this, but a twenty-one year old can only have so much to boast about. Also, if you need to reach me personally, please call 1-615-784-9462. This is my Google Voice account. Peace, Love, Jazz.
