My Jazz Story

I love jazz because of the freedom. I was first exposed to jazz by my father who brought me to a Charlie Byrd concert. I met Charlie Byrd. The best show I ever attended was Pat Metheny. The first jazz record I bought was Wes Montgomery "Willow Weep for Me." My advice to new listeners is to keep an open mind and explore many artists.
