My Jazz Story

I love jazz because it speaks words that I can not articulate with notes and spaces. I was first exposed to jazz at the age of thirteen. The first jazz record I bought was John Coltrane with Johnny Hartman. My advice to new listeners: Listen to as much of this music as possible. Go back to its beginnings. Soak it in and pleeeeease don't forget the singers. You can learn much from singers.
