I spend most of my day stuck behind a desk, yet the writing I do in my spare time is what I really enjoy. In addition to Houston Calling, an online music column that is part of the donewaiting.com community, I started InMyEar, an email music list. You can read my reviews and musings in Space City Rock, Swizzle-Stick.com, and Houston Press. I used to play the drums a lot -- now, not as often as I'd like.
