My Jazz Story

I love jazz because it touches the soul I was first exposed to jazz at an early age. DebbieMc, owner of a BnB named Sankofa Aban met Eric Lemon Bassist and decided to present some of the best shows around with music from past to present in a 19th century Brownstone setting for everyone young and otherwise. Music is listened to up close and always feels personal. Nancy Wilson, Thelonius Monk, Frank Sinatra were a couple of the first music that inspired my own selections of what I'd like to listen to. Hopefully our style of featuring Jazz will encourage anyone with a greater love of the music. can help in finding a place in the world of JAZZ.
