It has taken eight years for Cirrus to produce a follow-up to Méli Mélo (NORCD, 2013), the Norwegian quartet's highly impressive debut. The long hiatus merely reflects the multiple projects that have steered vocalist/pianist Eva Bjerga Haugen, tenor saxophonist Inge Weatherhead Breistein, double bassist Theodor Barsnes Onarheim and drummer Stein Inge Braekhus in all manner of different directions.
