All In The Family. Eve Cornelious and husband Chip Crawford assembled a collection of standards and originals for jazz voice and trio. Eve is the voice and Chip heads the trio. After listening to scores of albums by new jazz artists, I've come to the conclusion that there are more bad singers out there than bad anything else -- pianists, trumpeters, etc. Singing jazz with any kind of authority is just plain hard.
