Since 2005, Rockwired.com has provided exciting musical reportage with it's daily podcast Rockwired Radio Profiles and its monthly digital Rockwired Radio Profiles and it's monthly digital publication Rockwired Magazine. Now Rockwired re-embraces it's jazzier side with the relaunch of it's weekly 90 minute podcast Jazzed and Blue. The show returns on November 10, 2013 and will be available exclusively at Rockwired.com ever Sunday afterward. The podcast will be available for listening and downloading by 12:00pm (MST).
For Rockwired founder Brian Lush, the news of having JAZZED AN BLUE return to its former glory is all too exciting. “It's a chance for us to crank up the sophistication. Having the show back will be a nice balance with the harder rock music that we are known for promoting."

In addition to the return the weekly podcast Rockwired is also launching a brand new digital publication called Jazzed and Blue Magazine. The publication will be available for viewing and free download exclusively at Rockwired.com on a bi monthly basis. The premiere issue will be available January 14, 2014.
For a website known for promoting largely hard rock and heavy metal music, Lush doesn't find it strange at all for Rockwired to celebrate jazz music. “Back in 2005, when Rockwired.com was a fledgling website and I was doing weekly radio show in Anaheim, California, I had all of these ideas for the kind of music and artists that I would feature." says Brian Lush of Rockwired Media LLC “However, some of the first people that reached out to Rockwired introduced me to jazz music and because of this, I always view the early years of Rockwired as my education in jazz. The websites evolution from online magazine to online radio station and the direction that our two shows have taken, it has been difficult to fit jazz music into our programming. With Jazzed and Blue, we can highlight this vibrant music once again and I get a chance to work with dear old friends again!"
Rockwired.com is now accepting submissions from artists/bands for consideration for the Jazzed and Blue podcast and magazine. While the show promises to showcase established jazz and/or blues recording artists, it will also be a platform for new talent.
