On Friday March 4, there will be another exciting “Live from the Llama" webcast. Presented by Telluride Jazz Celebration, the Live from the Llama webcast series gives music lovers from around the world a chance to enjoy concerts emanating from Telluride's premier live music venue.

The next band to be beamed into cyberspace is the Charlie Hunter. As always, Hunter will be demonstrating his virtuosity on a custom-made 7-string guitar on which he simultaneously plays guitar and bass lines. He will be joined by Eric Kalb (Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings and John Scofield) on drums and longtime Charlie Hunter collaborator Jason Ellis on saxophone, bass clarinet and Wurlitzer.

The live streaming event is part of Telluride Jazz Celebration's crusade to showcase some of the world's most talented musicians, hopefully exposing them to a wider audience. In addition to Live from the Llama webcasts, you may see the spirit and excitement of the annual festival coming to regional locations such as Denver, Salt Lake, Phoenix and Albuquerque.

Go to telluridejazz.org at 9:30pm MST to view the live Charlie Hunter Trio webcast.
