On February 20th & 21st the Club is happy to welcome to the helm, the warm, sensual styling of a Tenor Saxophonist extraordinaire. Chicago born, but New York Musically raised, this young man has had quite a successful career as a Performer, Arranger, Composer and Teacher. He has been a featured Artist with such bands as The Clark Terry Big Band,The Clifford Jordan Big Band and The Barry Harris Big Band. His most recent record release as a Leader is titled Land Of Dreams", out in 2007 on the Smalls" Record Label, featuring: Tardo Hammer; Piano, Lee Hudson; Bass, and Jimmy Wormworth; Drums. The Club is proud to welcome this very special performer: Mr. Charles Davis and his Quartet.
