My Jazz Story

I love jazz because it makes me happy. I was first exposed to jazz by my dad. The best show I ever attended was Woodstock. The first jazz record I bought was John Coltrane Love Supreme. My advice to new listeners is o listen in a dark room with a glass of your favorite beverage.

My House Concert Story

For five years in Seattle I hoisted a bi-monthly house concert series - JazzScapes - featuring musicians from all over the world. Cuba, Israel, Brazil, and the US were all represented. In September 2019 I moved to Germany with my band "Mezze Music Project" and we now have an on-line concert series: Club "O" Online Concerts that has followers from all over the world.
