Felicia Persaud is a Guyanese-born journalist who migrated to New York City ten years ago but has taken the entrepreneurial path to establishing the first daily news service for Caribbean Americans, Hardbeatnews.com, the only press release news wire of the Caribbean, CaribPR.com and the minority-certified news, PR and advertising agency, Hard Beat Communications, Inc.
